Summary
A small red leather needle case with 'Sew.Sew By L. Threadwell' in gold on the front. Inside is a piece of folded dark card and folded inside the card is a piece of cream fabric with six needles attached. The card and fabric are attached to the spine of the case with red cotton thread which is tied with a bow on the outside. 'Double Century Needles' is debossed, in gold, on the inside front cover. One of the needles is still threaded with white cotton thread. This object was found in the top drawer of a mahogany table (CMS no. 997561.1)
