Summary
Oil (?wax) painting on chipboard, Icon of Saint Nicholas as Bishop of Myra, Greek School, 20th century. A religious icon of the Greek Orthodox church of a male crowned figure with the figures of Christ and the Virgin Mary on either side of his head. Mary holds the omophorian, a liturgical stole, marked with crosses, worn by bishops in the Eastern Church and Jesus carries the Gospel book.
