Summary
Chelsea pierced oval dish. Centre painted with plums, cut peaches and grapes surrounded by moths and other insects, with small fruit motifs in corners. Diamond-shaped open work borders with moulded blue and yellow rosettes with dark brown rim. Chelsea Porcelain Factory, Reddish-brown anchor mark, 1756-1758.
Provenance
Gifted to the National Trust by Sir Felix and Lady Elizabeth Brunner, along with Greys Court House and Estate, 1969.
