Summary
Black umbrella with black plastic handle and black metal shaft. Black metal spokes with a silver coloured metal collar at the apex of the spokes. A silver coloured plastic collar sits at the base of the handle and has a red dymo label fixed to it printed with the letters: "R.S.C.C." Fabric is a black waterproof material. Retaining strap made of the same waterproof material with a black metal press stud (complete).
