Summary
A George III mahogany grotto side chair, one of a pair, the scroll splat finely carved with oak leaves and acorns and carved on the reverse, the drop in seat covered in brocade on square partly fluted legs joined by plain stretchers. See also National Trust Inventory Number 170987.2
