Summary
A George III mahogany serpentine bedside commode or ‘night table’, one of a pair by Mayhew and Ince, with tambour shutter above pull out section on turned and fluted tapering legs. See also National trust Inventory Number 170982.1

Made by Mayhew and Ince circa 1777. Loaned to The National Trust by The Croome Heritage Trust in December 2007.
