Summary
Locomotive plate. An oval, brass maker's plate from a railway locomotive, no.4065, built by Kerr, Stuart & Co. Ltd. in 1920. The plate has a polished raised border and lettering, and there are two fixing holes. The background is painted black. The locomotive was a 0-4-0ST at Fulham Gas Works, and was scrapped in 1956 at Grays, Essex.
