Summary
Velocipede. A 4ft. (1219mm.) gauge velocipede, painted black, in the form of a four-wheeled cycle with spoked wheels and a pedal and chain drive to the front axle. A replacement leather saddle has been fitted. It was used on the Padarn Railway between Llanberis and Port Dinorwic by the Chief Engineer for track inspection and personal transport.
