Full-length portrait of female in period dress, wearing large hat with feathers. Glass is broken and some of it is missing. Frame is coming apart. Details above print read; Copyright 1899 by Messrs P. (and) D. Bolnoghi (and) Co. 13 (and) 14 Pall Mall, East London and Thos. Agnew (and) Sons, London, Liverpool and Manchester. Illegible signature on bottom right hand side, possibly; H. Scott Bridgewater. On back, oblong paper label reads; THOS.
