Summary
A mahogany and boxwood-strung bedside out cupboard, British, circa 1780, the rectangular top with shaped gallery with cut-out handles to each side, the front with a pair of cupboard doors each inlaid with a boxwood strung canted square, the right door with a single knob handle, below is a sliding commode drawer with shaped apron, the front with a brass bail handle and circular backplates, on four square-section legs, the sections of the front legs designed to separate from the main when the sliding commode drawer is pulled forward.
