Summary
Glazed earthenware sugar bowl. Part of a coffee set, consisting of coffee pot and lid, milk jug, sugar bowl and six cups and saucers. Hand decorated with red floral patterns on white slip and colour floral sprays. Gilded band edges. 'Windsor' shape designed by Clarice Cliff for A. J. Wilkinson Ltd, at the Royal Staffordshire Pottery, Burslem, Staffordshire. Unnamed pattern by unknown designer, c.1946-1950
