Summary
Tureen base. A ceramic, 'Aquatic' patterned, oval base for a tureen, part of a dinner service, c1900, by Till & Sons. Waved rim with two scrolled handles decorated with leaves. Decorated with a water lily border in dark blue underglaze on a white background.
Provenance
Donated to Newport Museums and Galleries by Mr H.G. Highman in 1983. On loan to the National Trust from Newport Museums and Galleries.
