Summary

Three pieces of paper with handwritten text of the draft resolution by the Lacock Parochial Sanitary Committee. Written in response to the Report of the Special Committee of the District Council on the Lacock Sewerage. Each page is numbered in the top right hand corner. This is thought to be written by Charles Talbot.
