Summary

Fourth of six pages of a handwritten draft about Lacock sewerage. There is the number 4 on the right hand corner of the page. The first paragraph refers to the objection to the inspector describing the catchpits as 'Inspection Chambers'. The next paragraph states the Parochial Committee does not want to spend more money than they need to for catchpit number 3 but They do want to remove catchpit 2 and desire a new drain because of the amount of houses in that area.
