Second of six pages of a handwritten draft about Lacock sewerage. There is the number 2 on the right hand corner of the page. This page refers the confusion over the inverts of the pipes going into the catchpits and whether the inspector was not present when discussed. It also mentions the special committee recommending the catchpits be deepened. The last paragraph refers to the different opinions on what should cover the catchpits.
