Summary

First of six pages of a handwritten draft about Lacock sewerage. There is the number 1 on the right hand corner of the page. The page is titled Lacock Sewerage. This page refers to the Lacock Parochial sanitary committee considering the report and estimate and finding the inspector has not understood and the estimate made by the inspector is for his recommendations which are different to those of the Special committee regarding the 'catchpits' and the 'inverts' of the pipes.
