Summary
Metal tin for 'Boots Bronchial lozenges'. Tin was originally a gold colour, but most has worn away. The lid top has a green border decoration and picture of a woman with red hair and green dress. Writing on the lid reads: 'Boots, Bronchial Lozenges, For the throat and lungs. Entirely free from Morphia.' 'Boots, Cash, Chemists. Nottingham. 'For Coughs. Sore throat. Asthma. Bronchitis.' The bottom of the tin retains the most gold colouring and has lettering that reads 'Boots, Cash Chemists. The largest best and cheapest in the world'.
