Summary
Set of 4 glass round vessels with a hole and tube in the middle, contained in a white cardboard box with golden rim and inscriptions W/E 2/6 in black ink at the back. It also says GLASS on the lid. Yellowish pieces of cotton wool were found in the little containers to protect the glass.
Full description
According to inscriptions found on another box, these could be “gas globes” for miniature gas lamps that were used in Victorian and Edwardian times.
