Summary
Square carriage clock. Brass case with glass inserts on all sides. Top covered by onyx, shallow dome with indentation at front. Handle missing and fixings on either side of top, brass surface. Fixed to onyx plinth attached to brass plate base with four round metal feet screwed to metal plate. Back with metal hinge, brass framed glass door. No catch, piece of string inserted. Clock mechanism visible through side glass panels. Back of solid brass with two winding mechanisms. Clock face with black Roman numerals on a white face. Black hands, fine metal with circle near base attached at centre to a black fixing.
