Summary
A tall glass jar of preserved peaches in brandy and syrup, by the Wooden Spoon Preserving Company. The clear glass jar with twelve faceted sides, surmounted with a black stamped metal screw cap, bearing a printed paper label. Joined to the body of the jar with a printed paper strip, partially torn, but unopened. With a further printed paper label to the side of the jar.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.
