Summary
Cardboard box with integral padded lid with silk band containing two packs of playing cards. Edge of lid decorated with blue and gold vertical stripes. Padded top incorporates an embossed brass plaque which reads; WADDINGTON / PATIENCE / PLAYING CARDS. Base of box is covered with red embossed paper onto which is glued an example of each type of playing card in the box, one edged in red the other in blue each with a picture of Queen Elizabeth II. Inside the box is lined with gold paper and divided into two comaprtments.
