Summary
Fabric pouch containing the 100 scrabble pieces with a flap fastened by two silver coloured press studs. Top of left hand one is not stitched but attached to male partner. Fabric is a red satin weave with metallic gold thread machined across. The design has flowers on front with insect and two birds on base. Pouch lined with a cream silk / taffeta edged with cream piquet braid. Attached to top is a twisted cord detached at one side. The lining is well worn and detached from the main fabric on central flap edge revealing a brown scrim backing. In three areas the metallic embroidery thread is well worn and loose.
