Summary
A Praktica Super TL Camera. The 35mm SLR has a metal body covered with a black leatherette material. The top an sides are silver alloy. It has a focal plane shutter with speeds 1-1/500 sec. and B with F and X flash synchronisation. It has TTL metering and film speed is set using a dial coupled to the shutter speed selector. The pentaprism housing has in large letters 'Praktica Super TL'. The lens is screw mounted. The rim of the lens on the camera is marked 'Oreston 1.8/50 Meyer-Optic Gorlitz 4487541'. There is a tripod bush on the base and there is a removable rubber eyeshield fitted to the viewfinder. The base also has an adhesive label with the owner's name and address (see history tab).
