Summary

A case for the extension tubes. The case is black leather with a red fabric lining. It is fastened with a zip around most of the perimeter close to the top. It has two lugss to connect to a camera strap, Inside is a small metal braket, the purpose of which is unclear. The only marking is 'Japan' stamped on the base.
