Summary
Leather case for a Leica IIIc 35mm film camera. The whole is of firm leather construction and part lined with burgundy, plush fabric. Based on a leather cradle, which encloses three sides of the camera The rest of the case comprises three main parts. The front leather portion is embossed “Leica” and wraps around under the camera and is sewn to the cradle so that in use it drops down below the camera. The top is stitched to the leather front. The final leather portion is rivetted to the back of the top portion and closes the back of the case by attaching to a pop fastener. The two part strap is rivetted to each side of the base of the case, This allows the strap length to be adjusted.
