Summary
A Capital TK-72 Exposure Meter. It was made in japan under a number of labels, but the manufacturer is unknown. The body is grey and black plastic and the front has two rotatings discs. The outer one is rotated to align the pointer with the measured light needle. The inner disc is used to set film speed/exposure value. Apertures range f1-f32 and shutter timings range 8 sec-1/2000sec. The top front is marked 'Capital' and the rear 'Made in Japan'. A fabric landyard is attach which pertrudes through the case.
