Summary
Metal film spool for a Pathe Gem 16mm cine projector. The hole is created from 3 pieces of pressed metal, 2 pieces are circular with pressed metal spokes and the 3rd piece is bent into a circle. Attached to the 2 discs by 6 tabs on each side which are through 6 slots and then pressed to secure.

Part of the Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986.
