Summary
Lantern slide projector. The projector has a russian iron body, with a removable paraffin burner (catalogued separately). Access to the burner is by a hinged flap to the rear, and a catch-operated door on either side of the projector body, each with a nickel plated viewing porthole with blue glass. A 4 inch condenser is mounted in front of the illuminant, behind a spring-loaded slide holder. The lens, with rack and pinion screw-operated focussing, is mounted in a nickel plated draw tube which slides over a mount on the front of the projector, and is protected by a rotating circular nickel plated cover. Markings; "10" stamped onto the mount for the draw tube.
