Summary
2 cardboard Veritas Ramie Gas Mantle tubes with card caps on each end. Only one of the two contains a mantle. The body of each cylinder is red and printed in white and dark blue. " manufactured at the Veritas Incandescent Mantle Works London, S.W.18. Veritas XX Extra Quality (Two - EX) British Manufacture" Each end of the cylinder is closed by a white card cap. Each cylinder contains a small piece of cotton wool packing The mantle itself is in bad condition so has not been removed from the container.
