Summary
Lantern projector. Russian iron base and lamp housing body, the roof of the lamp housing is slightly domed with a oval chimney hole the chimney is separate. The back of the lamp housing is open but has a hinged flap which covers approximately half allowing access to the illuminant. There is a door on the right side which closed with a turn buckle/ knurled knob. There is a small porthole in the door with blue glass and a brass cover plate. Forward of the condenser lens is the slide carriage with a spring loaded plate terminating in the objective lens mounting plate. The rack focusing objective lens has a four draw brass mount. Registered no. listed by BFI as 424626 but looks like 61932.
