Summary
Lantern projector. It has a decorative russian type body with rack and pinion focussing. There is a scissor type fade arangement and a large diameter condenser lens within the body. The rear of the body has a plate saying 'Brevete S.G.D.G. Patent.' Illumination is provided by a removable paraffin lamp which has four independently controllable wicks. Below the burner is the fuel tank and on the back of this is stamped a trade mark and 'Paris B? S.G.D.G. No 128 London Patent No 7 Berlin Patent No ????' There is also a tall gas vent (removable).
