Summary
Main body of photomicrograph camera. Wooden body, blue and red leather bellows (corners of each fold are red) for focusing. Horizontally sliding lens board. No lens present. Ground glass focusing screen inserted in rear, with hand-drawn coloured rectangles to assist image composition. Metal tubes on the base are bolted to front beneath the standard and to rear where there is a screw fitting inserted into the tube enabling an inserted piece to be secured. No additional metal stand is present.

Part of the Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986.
