Summary
A Watkins Snipe Exposure meter. This is an actinometer consisting of a small cylindrical metal box which would contain sensitive paper which is exposed and compared with the tint. The face of the meter is printed "Watkins Meter for open snaps SNIPE Darken 4 sec for No1 stop, single lens, and note tint. 6 sec V.P.K. 12 sec R.R.
