Summary
A Practoskop extinction meter. The eye-piece shows shutter speed values. The film speed is set on one ring. The end of the barrel is twisted until the extinction point is reached, the shutter speed and aperture pairs can then be read on the barrel. Eyesight correction to viewfinder.
