An original box for density meter. The box is rectangular, cardboard and covered with brown paper. A large label on the top shows a diagram and is headed 'The Sanger Shepherd Density Meter'. Some description is then given followed by their address. 'Sanger-Shepherd & Co.Ltd 5, 6 & 7 Gray's Inn Passage, Red Lion Street, High Holborn, W.C.'

Part of The Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986
