Summary
Bottom part of cardboard box for a Bewi Exposure meter. Cardboard box covered with figured paper wrap. designed to look like leather, possibly black originally but now dark greeny blue. Printed on the bottom of box "Made In Germany" Inside the box base is a warning in French and English which reads "Important unnecessary turning backwards and forwards of the scale ring should be avoided as otherwise the spring which engages in the notches of the "Scheiner" degrees (General Rating) will be subject tu undue wear".
