Summary
A Kodak Auto Graflex Junior single lens reflex camera taking film or plates size 2¼ x 3½ inch images. The body is a wooden box structure covered with black leather and there is a black leather bellows. Focusing is on a rack and pinion arrangement controlled by a knob on the side of the body. There is a folding leather hood over the focusing screen. The focal plane shutter has five fixed openings and the effective speed is set by combination of opening and tension. A table on the sider of the focusing hood gives the various combinations - speeds go to 1/1000 sec.. The lens has an iris diaphram ranging f6.3 to f32. The lens is marked 'Bausch - Lomb Kodak Anastigmat f6.3 No 1 Pat Feb 24 03 2802124'. The plate giving shutter details on the hood is headed 'Auto Graflex Jr Curtain Aperture'. Below the table is printed 'Folmer & Schwing Division, Eastman Kodak Co. Rochester N.Y.' A film pack adapter is fitted on the back. There is a leather handle on the top.
