Summary
A folding plate camera of unknown manufacture but almost certainly British. The body is metal covered with black leather and the bellows is also black leather. The stays and fittings are chrome and there is a rotating viewfinder with a spirit level. The shutter has five speeds to 1/100 sec plus T,B. The lens has a rising front and is f8 by R J Beck. It is marked 'Beck Symmetrical Lens'. There are two tripod mounts and an enamel focussing scale. Focussing can also be achieved using a removable ground glass screen.
