Summary
A Vesta de luxe folding camera. The body is metal covered with black leather and the bellows are black leather. The fittings are chrome and the lens mount is supported by black trellis arms. The aperture scale ranges f4.5-f32. Markings on the lens mounts reads 'Zeiss Tessar 1:4.5 F=112mm 4 1/4 in Patent no 15934 Ross London'. The shutter has eight speeds up to 1/200/sec and the dial has a logo and 'D.R.C.M. No 371939'. The shutter casing has the no 157377 etched. There is a rotating brilliant finder and an attached spirit level. The baseboard has a focussing scale and the Adams logo in gold,. There is also in gold a crown crest and 'The Adams Vesta Patents' There are two tripod bushes and on the base (in gold) 'The Adams Vesta Patent 24, Charing Cross Road London WC'.
