Summary
A Goerz Ango (formerly Anschütz) strut folding bedless stereo camera for 9 x 14 cm plates. Wooden body, covered in black leather and with black leather bellows and with metal plates on side and lens board. Folding viewfinder on top is missing. Black leather handle on side. Two tripod bushes - base and side. Lens board allows front rise and shift. Pair of black velvet-lined metal lens caps, joined by metal adjustable bar. Lenses: Goerz Dagor Double Anastigmat, 120mm, f/6.8. Anschütz focal plane shutter. Black leather hood with ground glass focusing screen on rear. Panoramic views were also possible by sliding one lens to the centre position. Markings: Metal panel on front of camera printed with "The London Stereoscopic Co. 106 & 108 Regent St. W." Interior - The blinds have 'Ottomar Anschütz Lissa (Posson)' printed on them.
