Summary
Set of 6 black metal dark slide photographic plate holders suitable for Le Sterea stereo camera by Jules Richard of Paris. One of the set (stamped No. 3) is inserted in the back of the camera. Each of the plate holders is stamped with a number (1-6) and has a ground glass plate inside. Nos. 1 and 3 have a single black textile tab, No. 2 has a black tab and a green and beige striped tab. Nos. 4 and 6 have only the striped tab and No. 5 has no tabs at all. Nos. 1, 3, and 5 have curved ends, and 2, 4 and 6 have straight ends. Markings: Stamped into metal on Nos. 1, 2 and 3 is "J. Richard", and on Nos 4, 5 and 6 is "A.P. Paris".
