Summary
Canvas case for Rayment's Patent half plate folding field camera and accessories by Perken, Son & Rayment. The rectangular case is canvas with brown leather details, hand strap and buckles. It is made from cardboard and lined on the outside with tan coloured canvas and on the inside with green baize. A circular metal lock plate is fixed to the front but the corrsponding lockable tab and key are missing. The general condition has deteriorated.

Part of the Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986
