Summary
Patented shutter for the 1897 Instantograph folding field camera, half plate size, by J. Lancaster & Son Separate shutter can be screwed on to front of lens. Brass ring housing metal shutter mechanism. Engraved with "LANCASTER'S PATENT". The shutter is wrapped in tissue paper inside the bellows of camera 152498.1.1 .
