Summary
Ernemann Heag XV vest pocket miniature folding plate camera, for 45 x 60 mm plates. Vertical format self-erecting folding plate camera. Two rigid reflex finders on the front of the bed (this feature dates the camera to 1909-c.1911 as later models had a single folding finder.) Square cornerned metal body covered in black leather; metal detailing. Lens: Ernemann Detective Aplanat f/6.8 80mm, No. 116743. Ernemann shutter. Black leather coated bellows. Viewing hood on back is black leather and card. Plate holders slide vertically into the back of the camera. Markings: on baseboard in white text: "H. Ernemann, Akt. Ges. Dresden". Two black plastic labels (rectangular on top; circular on side), with white text: "The Westminster Photographic Exchange Ltd, 119 Victoria Street, London, SW1".
