Summary
Tan leather case for 'Hit' camera by Tougodo. Top and bottom of case are top-stitched with tan thread. Remaining part of the leather strap has a metal buckle and is attached to the side with a metal rivet. The front and top of case are kept closed via a leather tab attached to case with metal rivets. A metal press stud holds the case closed. All press studs and rivets are enameled in orange. 'Hit' is embossed into the leather lens barrel covering.

Part of The Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986.
