A Houghton Butcher Ensign Autospeed folding rollfilm camera, fitted with clockwork motordrive and anastigmat f/4.5 lens. Patent numbers evident. The camera body is black leather-covered metal (also black) with black leather handle and metal detailing. The bellows is black coated paper. Markings: Manufacturer's marks on outside and inside of case: "Ensign "Auto speed" Camera
