Summary
Table stereoscope on pillar stand. Mahogany and brass construction. The body mounts on an extendable brass pillar set in a mahogany base. The viewer has rack focusing and rack separation lenses. There is a ground glass screen and rear panel that hinges down, with mirror inside. Rear panel covered in brown leather. For half plate size slides. Some damage - a loose piece of wood and a loose piece of metal. A decoratively etched brass cover panel hinges upward to access lenses.

Part of the Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986.
