Summary
An albumen print photograph of Mr H J Wood, mounted on a white stiff card on a paper page within an album. The window of the mount is in portrait format and has square corners. The full length portrait is of a young man, in a three piece suit, studio posed, facing the camera. He is sitting on a chair with a crossed left leg and his right hand in his pocket. His left hand is holding an open book on a table, that is covered with a cloth. Recto, Below the photograph, bottom right, there is an oval blind stramp, "H Hering Photographer 137 Regent St" and hand written in pencil "H" and "H J Wood"; Verso nil
