Summary
An albumen print photograph of a sculpture, in carte de visite format, mounted in a white stiff card page within an album. The window of the mount is portrait format and has curved corners. The picture is in portrait format. It is surrounded by a 5mm wide embossed margin. The picture is of a classical statue of Psyche Revived by Cupid's Kiss (Sculpture by Antonio Canova (1757-1822) in the Louvre Museum. The female figure is reclining on the ground leaning backwards with her arms outstretched above the head of a winged figure, presumably an angel, who is holding her in an embrace Recto nil Verso nil
