Summary
An albumen print photograph of a painting, in carte de visite format, mounted into a white stiff card page within an album. The window of the mount is portrait format and has curved corners. It is surrounded by a 5mm wide embossed margin. A semi-nude female, paddling in water in a woodland setting. She is holding her shift up above her knees. She is wearing pearls in her hair. On the bank nearby are additional clothing, a walking stick and a wicker basket containing flowers/mushrooms (?). . Recto nil. Verso nil.
